1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FreshFruit (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You are solely responsible for any activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our community standards.

3. Orders & Pricing

All fruit availability is subject to seasonal changes and harvest volume. Prices are displayed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we cannot meet the quality standards on the day of delivery.

4. Freshness Guarantee

We guarantee that all fruits leave our facility in peak condition. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, any quality concerns must be reported within 6 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
