1. Same-Day Delivery

Orders placed before 12:00 PM qualify for same-day delivery. Any orders placed after this time will be delivered the following morning to ensure maximum freshness from the harvest.

2. Shipping Fees

We offer FREE delivery for all orders above ₹500. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied to cover logistics and specialized packaging.

3. Delivery Zone

Currently, we operate in major metropolitan areas only. You will be prompted at checkout to confirm if your pincode is within our active delivery reach. We plan to expand to 20+ more cities by the end of 2026.

4. Temperature-Controlled Logistics

Our delivery vehicles are equipped with temperature-controlled units to prevent the wilting of delicate items like strawberries, blueberries, and exotic leafies during transit.
